Before Symplifi existed, we spent more than two decades building and running businesses. Startups, small companies, Fortune 500 operations — we've worked across all of them. And in every single one, the same thing kept coming up: the financial side of running a business is harder and more time-consuming than it needs to be.
Not because the accounting itself is impossibly complicated. But because the tools are clunky, the processes are manual, and most business owners are doing it on top of everything else they're responsible for.
So we built a company around fixing that. Symplifi exists to take the accounting work off your desk and do it right — with clean processes, clear reporting, and the kind of attention that comes from actually caring whether your business succeeds.

Diane has spent over 28 years working in financial analysis, operations, and HR. She's held roles at companies ranging from early-stage startups to large enterprises, and she's run her own business for more than two decades. That combination means she's unusually good at seeing where financial and operational problems overlap — and untangling them into something manageable. At Symplifi, she leads client engagements and makes sure the work actually solves the problem, not just checks a box.
Luther Andal
Luther brings more than 30 years in the technology industry and over 20 years of running a business that delivered hundreds of projects for clients across dozens of industries. He understands how technology should work for a business — not the other way around. At Symplifi, he handles the technical side: QuickBooks setup, systems integration, workflow automation, and making sure the tools behind your accounting actually make your life easier.

Every member of our team is QuickBooks Online certified and brings hands-on experience in Client Accounting Services — from bookkeeping and reconciliation to financial reporting and process cleanup.
